Pricing is based on the class type and frequency of sessions. Charter school students get a discounted rate of $1,900 per school year. Contact us to learn more.
Stretching
We will assist and guide students through a series of seated and standing stretches as well as how to work with stretching tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. It doesn't matter what their flexibility level is - anyone looking to kick-start their flexibility journey is welcomed!
PE
This PE class teaches stretches, jump rope, hula hoop, and fun moving activities. Workouts will help develop growing bodies and muscles while introducing sports to develop motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and foot-eye coordination.
Workouts
We combine strength and endurance through a combination of calisthenics, core work, interval training, plyometric exercises, and muscle conditioning. Ranging from circuit-style to functional muscle building exercises, no two workouts will be the same!
Volleyball Camp
In this 4-week class, athletes will learn stretch routines, and volleyball fundamentals including serves, bump sets, finger sets, and spikes. Specializations include indoor, outdoor, and beach volleyball among students aged K-12.
Sports
We coach a variety of sports specializations including basketball, volleyball, track and field, golf, football, and baseball. Lessons can be taught individually one-on-one, or in a group setting. Depending on the need, we will match you with the right coach!
Basketball Camp
In this 4-week class, athletes will learn stretch routines, and basketball fundamentals including shooting, dribbling, defense, and passing. Specializations include free throw shooting, three-point shooting, and zone defense among students aged K-12.
